High quality & variety of meats
We purchase all of our beef in bulk, paying particular attention to quality and freshness, not to mention taste. Our signature "Horumon" can be enjoyed as sashimi or char-grilled. In addition to horumon, Buchi's signature "Kuroge Wagyu" (Japanese black beef) lean meat platter is a hearty and cost-effective choice! Sukiyaki and rare cuts of beef are also available. Among the rare cuts, we recommend the "Thick Cut Special Tongue," which is a thick slice of tangen, and only 2 to 3 servings of tangen can be obtained from one cow. We hope you enjoy it.

Setouchi Nama Lemon High," a sharp and refreshing drink, is the perfect accompaniment to yakiniku.
